Your travel recordings, intimate family moments, GPS waypoints, and 3D digital twins are client-side encrypted before they touch our infrastructure. We cannot view, monetize, or surrender what we cannot mathematically decrypt.

Information We Collect and Process
Odyss-AI operates under strict data minimization standards. We collect only what is strictly required to deliver high-bandwidth spatial video rendering and vault synchronization:
- Account Identification: An email address and public cryptographic identity key used strictly for invite validation and session authentication.
- Encrypted Media Blobs: Raw 4K footage, still frames, elevation profiles, and GPX telemetry streams. All user files stored in your 500GB / 2TB Lossless Vault are encrypted at rest with client-derived AES-256 keys.
- Ephemeral Compute Buffers: When our autonomous AI Director compiles a cinematic film or extracts 3D Gaussian splat meshes, data is staged in volatile GPU RAM for the duration of processing only. Temporary render buffers are automatically purged post-render.
- Network Telemetry: Aggregated, non-attributable network telemetry (round-trip time, byte-range streaming throughput, playback packet loss) solely to ensure high-fidelity video streaming without buffer starvation.

Explicit Artificial Intelligence & Model Training Guarantee
Unlike conventional cloud photo providers, Odyss-AI maintains a strict boundary between user content and model training:

We do not use your personal travel photos, videos, facial profiles, or voice tracks to train public AI models, generative text-to-video generators, or commercial computer vision datasets.
Odyss-AI’s spatial computer vision and automated scene-cutting algorithms run strictly in inference mode against pre-trained, proprietary mathematical weights.

Third-Party Disclosure & Advertising Prohibition
Odyss-AI is supported entirely through transparent subscription memberships. Consequently:
- We never sell, rent, license, or broker personal records or travel coordinates to third parties.
- We do not partner with data brokers, ad networks, or biometric aggregators.
- No third-party tracking cookies, behavioural pixels, or ad SDKs are loaded in the web application or iOS TestFlight builds.

Users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, California, and worldwide enjoy full autonomy over their records:
Full Lossless Data Portability
Export your original master camera files, 4K timeline XMLs, and 3D terrain meshes in standard open container formats at any time.
Cryptographic Key Shredding
Account deletion invokes immediate cryptographic erasure. Your vault master keys are deleted from all memory caches, rendering raw storage blocks permanently irrecoverable.

You retain complete and unrestricted ownership of every frame, sound recording, and 3D expedition you author or upload. Odyss-AI is an instrument for your craft, not an owner of your art.

Scope of Agreement & Beta Cohorts
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to the Odyss-AI Spatial Memory & Cinematic Travel Engine, operated by Inretours ("Odyss-AI", "we", "us"). By applying for private beta access, authenticating via invite token, or uploading media to our cloud pipelines, you agree to these Terms.
Participation in Private Beta 2.4 constitutes a pilot engagement subject to progressive feature releases, architecture enhancements, and capacity tuning.

Intellectual Property Rights
You retain unencumbered copyright, trademark rights, and moral rights in all footage, sound clips, telemetry coordinates, and exported 4K master films produced via Odyss-AI. By uploading content, you grant Odyss-AI only the narrow, non-exclusive technical license required to encode, transcode, stream, and render your projects on your behalf.
All Odyss-AI software, proprietary shader architectures, procedural map renderers, and typography designs remain the exclusive intellectual property of Inretours.

Account Security & Client-Side Keys
Because Odyss-AI uses zero-knowledge encryption protocols, you are solely responsible for retaining your passphrase and security credentials. Because our engineering team possesses no backdoor to decrypted storage pools, lost master passwords cannot be reset or recovered by customer support.

Lossless Vault Storage & Fair Bandwidth Policy
Storage capacity (15 GB on Explorer, 500 GB on Nomad, 2 TB on Pro Studio) is provisioned for genuine travel archives, raw camera ingest, and 4K playback streaming. Users agree not to abuse bandwidth infrastructure for distributed file sharing or unauthorized relay operations.

Subscription Terms, Grace Periods & Cancellation
- Transparent Billing: Memberships renew on a recurring cycle (monthly or annually). Rates are fixed for early pilot cohort members.
- Seamless Cancellation: You may cancel anytime from account settings. Access continues through the end of the current billing cycle.
- 30-Day Export Grace Window: If an account downgrades or expires, a 30-day read-only window permits full lossless retrieval of your raw clips before cloud storage volumes are reclaimed.

Service Level Targets & Limitations of Liability
While Odyss-AI operates across high-availability multi-region edge clusters with redundant data persistence, the service during Beta releases is delivered on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of uninterrupted transmission. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Inretours shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Zero-Knowledge Key Derivation (PBKDF2 & Argon2id)
Every cryptographic secret originates on your local device:
CLIENT KEY SCHEME
Argon2id + AES-256-GCM
1. Passphrase combined with a high-entropy client-side salt.
2. Key expansion via Argon2id (memory cost: 64MB, parallelism: 4 threads).
3. Unique Envelope Key dynamically wraps per-expedition media volumes.
→ Result: Zero plaintext keys are ever transmitted over the wire or stored on remote disks.

Encryption at Rest: AES-256-GCM
All video fragments, uncompressed audio stems, and 3D spatial vector geometry are encrypted using Galois/Counter Mode (AES-256-GCM). This provides both confidentiality and cryptographic integrity verification, immediately alerting the client to any block tampering or silent bit rot.

Transport Layer & Edge Streaming Architecture
- Strict TLS 1.3: Mandatory Perfect Forward Secrecy (PFS) utilizing curve X25519 with ChaCha20-Poly1305 and AES-256-GCM ciphers. Legacy TLS versions (1.0, 1.1, 1.2) are permanently disabled.
- High-Throughput Byte-Range Acceleration: Edge reverse proxies support accelerated HTTP
206 Partial Content streaming, delivering low-latency 4K playback (4,150+ kbps) across high-bandwidth secure tunnels.
- HSTS & Preload: Strict Transport Security with 2-year max-age,
includeSubDomains, and preloading directives prevents protocol downgrade attacks.

Geospatial Sanitization & Differential Privacy
Raw camera clips often contain exact home or campsite coordinates. Odyss-AI incorporates an automated EXIF metadata scrubber:

Fuzzy Boundary Option
